Role Overview:

We are looking for freshers and candidates with medical background who are interested in starting a career in Medical Coding. This is a full-time role with training, competitive pay, and good growth opportunities.

Note:

Medical background candidates are also welcome. We are ready to train and onboard the right candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
  • Review medical documentation for coding accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and coding standards
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
  • Collaborate with billing and clinical teams

Requirements:

  • Any degree in Life Science / Nursing / Allied Health / Pharmacy preferred
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
  • Willingness to learn US Medical Coding
  • Good communication skills in English
